**Responsibilities**:

- Liaising and communicating with government authority and other external parties pertaining matters.
- Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities, and general housekeeping in the office and warehouse.
- Handling and monitoring staff’s training such as Annual Training Plan, Staff’s Training Assessment, Training Record and etc.
- Update and maintain employee data and documentation consistently to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare and manage HR functions such as employee record maintenance, HR documents, and letter preparation.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma Holder in HR / Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in related field.
- Good team work spirit and communication skills.
- Computer literate particularly with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word & Microsoft Power Point, knowledge of Microsoft Office a must.
- Able to work in Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam.
- Able to work in a fast paced environment and under tight deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
