Young Talent Specialist

Act as a vital liaison, point of contact, advisor, and mentor between young talents and the team to attract young talents to join team. This role involves working seamlessly in a cross-functional capacity with both internal and external stakeholders to drive and execute aligned goals and ambitions for future and current young talents within the team. The specialist will drive new, innovative, and relevant young talent development programs to support teams' young talent retention strategy.
**Job Descriptions**:
- Administer the scholarship program, including selection, onboarding, monitoring progress, and providing support to scholarship recipients, while building and maintaining relationships with educational institutions and scholarship bodies
- Oversee the recruitment, selection, and development of participants in the graduate program, designing and implementing training modules, rotational assignments, and performance evaluations to ensure the growth and success of graduate hires
- Manage the Protege program in compliance with government regulations and guidelines, facilitating the placement, development, and assessment of Protege participants to maximize their potential and contribution to the team
- Lead initiatives to continuously improve the scholarship, graduate, and Protege programs, incorporating feedback and best practices, and developing new strategies to enhance the overall young talent pipeline
- Provide mentorship and guidance to scholarship recipients, graduate hires, and Protege participants, facilitating networking and professional development opportunities for participants in these programs
- Assist and support the Campus Engagement and Internship initiatives as needed, working closely with the Young Talent Specialist focusing on Campus Engagement and Internship to ensure a cohesive approach
**Job Requirements**:
- **At least 5-8 years of relevant professional working experience** with proven and direct experience working with young talents in an advisory, coach, mentor or supervisory capacity
- Having worked in an education industry is an added advantage and proven work experience as a YT mentor, coach or widely recognized within the HR YT network for relevant activities and engagements
- Event Management or facilitation of activities or workshops with YT either as a mentor, coach, or supervisor capacity
- Experience in YT-centric program design and framework
- Highly knowledgeable in the education industry especially universities both locally and overseas with established networks across campus career advisors or reps
- **MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING IN MULTI-NATIONAL COMPANY (MNC)**:
- **FLUENT IN MANDARIN**
Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
