**Responsibilities**:
- Assisting the GM in planning and scheduling meetings, preparing and/or collating presentation material and to provide general assistance during presentations, meeting agenda and taking minutes of meetings (if necessary) and producing any relevant supporting documents, briefing papers and reports.
- Screening GM’s phone calls, enquiries, and requests, and handling them appropriately, dealing with faxes and post and correspondence.
- Prepare letters as instructed and directed memo, mail or documents to other staff members for their action.
- Assisting the GM in preparation of Board Papers and co-ordination with Company Secretary for submission of the paper to the Board of Directors Meetings.
- To liaise with various departments and collate information, reports material etc. for the use of GM and the department.
- Manage a proper and efficient filing system for the GM and the Department.
- Liaising with clients, consultants, investors, and business associates in supporting of GM’s duties.
- Arranging domestic and international travel arrangements for GM and department staff by filling up the Travel Requisition Form (TRF).
- Record keeping and updating of business proposals.
- To monitor Department staffs leaves
**Requirement**:
- Minimum Degree in Office Management, Business Administration & Management or related field.
- Good communication and writing skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Experiences in handling office management are encouraged to apply.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience.
