CUSTOMER SUPPORT
- Help customers with questions and give customers information about a company’s or organisation’s services, products and policies.
- Identify customer needs and ensure clear communication to related internal departments.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Ability to multi-task, priorities, and manage time effectively.
- Ability to work independently & to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given & standard accepted practices.
- Other ad hoc duties assigned.
Job Requirements
- Min 1 year working experience.
- Computer literate (MS Word & Excel).
- Able to work independently and has initiative, good interpersonal communication skills.
- Fast worker and able to multitask and take on new roles as and when assigned.
- Office based in Shah Alam (B-17-1, JALAN SERAI WANGI K/16K, ALAM AVENUE 2, 40200 SHAH ALAM, SELANGOR DARUL EHSAN)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From RM1,500.00 per month
