**Methodist College Kuala Lumpur (MCKL) **is looking for an Administrative Executive to support our Office of the Registrar with the daily operation activities.

This position will report to Deputy Registrar.

**What will you be doing?**
- Provide administrative support to the day to day operation of the Office of the Registrar.
- Serve as liaison officer for e-IPTS, Tracer Study, PTPTN loan, and EPF withdrawal, while also update e-IPTS system to ensure the College's student data is up to date.
- Prepare official transcripts, certificates, student letter or other documents for verification of student status in the college for various purposes.
- Perform the set-up of modules in the College's system.
- Coordinate and prepare documents and relevant data for regulatory authorities and compliance related activities.
- Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the direct superior or the Senior Management Team.

**Who are we looking for?**
- Minimum a Diploma holder or Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field.
- 1-2 years of related work experience in a Registry Office in education Industry or equivalent.
- Fluent in both English and Bahasa Malaysia (verbal and written).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills; Microsoft Office.
- Excellent time management skills.
- A great team player and has a strong willingness to learn.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
