Transition Management Project Coordinator

Our client is a Malaysia public listed company in the insurance industry. They are looking for a Transition Management Project Coordinator to work closely with the Program Manager to ensure all project deliverables are met.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Project Coordination**: Work closely with the program manager and Transition Management Office to ensure that project milestones and deliverables are tracked & met within the established timelines.
- **Administrative Support**: Provide administrative assistance to the program team, including but not limited to maintaining project documentation, preparing reports, and managing Microsoft Teams channels.
- **Coordinate Meetings**: Schedule and organize meetings involving stakeholders across all entities, including C-level stakeholders. Ensure that all necessary participants are invited and that meeting logistics are well-organized.
- **Meeting Minutes**: Take comprehensive meeting minutes, capturing key discussion points, action items, and decisions made during meetings. Distribute the minutes in a timely manner and follow up on action items as needed.

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of experience in PMO is preferable.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
- Experience in coordinating meetings and managing administrative tasks within a fast-paced project environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Up to RM25,000.00 per month
