Responsibility:

- Record daily collection data and reconcile with the bank transaction
- Issuing invoice and follow up the payment
- Compile receipt, data entry and do the reconciliation
- Update sales report by weekly & monthly basis
- Provide general administrative support, ensure proper filing of documents, mailing, copying, sorting
- Assist in accounting and data entry assistance
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
