Client Success Executive-mandarin Speaker-wfh Basis

**Employment Type: 1 year contract (long term renewable)**
**Summary**:
- The Client Success Executive serves as the primary liaison between the company and its clients, ensuring excellent service and support, fostering strong client relationships, and driving value realization from our products and services. They play a crucial role in client retention and growth.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Understand client business objectives, anticipating future needs and helping determine appropriate solutions.
- **Onboarding & Training**:
- Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Coordinate training for clients, ensuring they understand and derive maximum value from our solutions.
- **Account Management**:
- Regularly check in with clients to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services or support.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of specific requests or solutions.
- **Retention & Growth**:
- Identify and grow opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment.
- Implement strategies and action plans to reduce client churn.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven work experience as an _**Account Manager, Client Success Manager, Customer Service, or similar role.**_
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
