**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. Implementing vendor policies and procedures
2. Compiling and sorting documents for AP invoices
3. Maintain files, including AP invoices, shipping documents and others miscellaneous filing
4. Maintain listing of vendors
5. To update and monitor pending documents and credit note in Share File
6. To assist Admin Manager as and when requested
7. Perform other related duties as required.
**AUTHORITY **:
1. Liaise with other departments to obtain and convey information or to correct AP transactions
2. Prepare PR and PO for office purchase and etc
3. Establish and maintain BP accounts
4. Establish and maintain Beneficiary maintenance in Maybank2e
5. Prepare Vendor cheque for mailing
6. Effect online payment to vendors
7. Receive in coming fax and circular to individual department
8. Control office stationeries and production sundry items
9. Check and verify meter reading and medical bill and etc
10. Checking all machineries in PCF production floor are shown in machineries list provided by PPNC department at each financial year.
**ACADEMIC, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS**:
1. Diploma/Certificate/LCCI in accounting or equivalent
2. At least 1 -2 years working experience
4. Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
Expected hours: 9 per week
