**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content, including photos, videos, and written copy, to showcase our catering offerings and attract potential clients.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive offerings, and use this information to refine marketing strategies.
- Manage social media accounts, including posting regular updates, responding to inquiries and comments, and monitoring analytics to track performance and optimize content.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their event needs and preferences, and develop decor concepts and themes accordingly.
- Source and procure decor items, including linens, tableware, centerpieces, and other decorative elements, ensuring quality and adherence to budget.
- Oversee the setup and arrangement of decor at events, working closely with catering staff and event planners to ensure everything is executed according to the client's vision.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing, decor, and event planning, and integrate new ideas and techniques into our offerings.
- Analyze the success of marketing campaigns and event decor, gathering feedback from clients and stakeholders, and making recommendations for improvements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality or catering industry.
- Strong creative skills with a passion for design and decor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members, clients, and vendors.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed for events.
- Knowledge of catering and event planning processes is a plus.
- Able to commute to Shah Alam on daily workday basis.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

- Decorator/ Decor: 1 year (required)
- Events Management: 1 year (preferred)

- Bahasa Melayu (preferred)
