Location: Gunung Rapat, Ipoh

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain documentation, including records, filing and data entry, to uphold organizational efficiency.
- Prepares reports required by Sales department, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
- Update customer information in a database.
- Coordinate with sales team by communicating relevant information and filing important documents.
- Support Sales department on deliveries, liaising with customers/internal parties on inquiries, purchases, goods transfer, complaints, etc.
- Prepares other Sales department documents such as quotations, credit notes, collection advice, forms, etc.
- Assist in ad-hoc requests and assignments from immediate superiors.

**Requirements**:

- SPM / Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Working Hours**: Normal working hours (5 days work).
