Customer Care Executive

Nilai, Malaysia Alternative Treatment Center Full time

We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to join our team at an alternative treatment center in Nilai.

In this role you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to patients, taking feedback, resolving patient issues, scheduling appointments, and responding to enquires.
- At least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a similar field
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in customer care, sales & service or administration
- Proficiency over English, Bahasa Malayu and Tamil is mandatory.
- Working days are Tuesday to Sunday, with Monday as the off day.
- Working hours are from 8 am to 5 pm.

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
