The Restaurant and Bar Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant and bar. This includes managing staff, maintaining inventory, building good rapport with customers and ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develops and implements marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and bar, to increase customer traffic.
- Regularly come out with new promotional beverages (cocktail and mocktail).
- Plans and implements periodic promotions or events to attract customers.
- Stays updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
- Engages and liaises with outsource DJs or bands for periodic performance at the restaurant and bar.
- Works with Finance Department on periodic or ad hoc entertainment licenses.
- Hires, schedules, trains, motivates and monitors performance of all service staff.
- Ensures all staff comply with company policies and procedures, health and safety regulations.
- Works well with Chef on food quality and food promotions.
- Develops and maintains good relationships with customers, suppliers and vendors.
- Ensures all equipment is in good working condition and schedules routine service, maintenance and repair.
- Prepares daily, weekly and monthly reports (covers, revenues, average checks, inventory, breakages and etc).

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Services or any related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in restaurant and bar management role.
- Customer and goal oriented, independent and a team player.
- Good knowledge of various beverages, including wine, liquor, liqueur, cocktail, mocktail and etc.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitasking.
- Familiar with Point of Sales and computer literate.
- Must be able to work long hours, on weekend and public holidays when necessary.
