Front Office Executive

Ensure the front desk services provided to guests and customers are fulfilling the resort’s quality standard.
- Ensure the guest check-in and check-out process is in order and efficient.
- Handle the special check-in and check-out procedure for VIP guest and special guest.
- Coordinate with Front Office team in assigning room for VIP guest and pre-registered guest.
- Perform Groups inter-hotels reservation for in-house guest.
- Promote any resort’s event and package to customers and guests.
- Provide the necessary information to guests/ customer as and when required
- To ensure the cleanliness of the Front Desk areas.
- Handling of customer’s minor complaint are being rectified and all the customers’ request is being complied with.
- Obtain the customers’ feedback on the services and products provided by resort and report to the Head of Department for further action.
**Salary**: From RM1,800.00 per month
