Responsible for handling sales leads from inbound phone calls and website enquiries.
- Client servicing & relationship building
- Preparing quotations/invoices in a timely and accurate manner
- Required to upsell customers with additional event elements which will help enhance their event, such as catering, event decorations, and more
- To liaise and work closely with the operations team to communicate event setup, event order, event agenda, and client's special requirements to ensure the event runs smoothly
- To liaise with relevant event suppliers for quotations, order and delivery
- Effective end-to-end project management
- To oversee event build-ups from start to finish, ensuring all health and safety aspects are met.

**Job Requirements**:

- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
- At least 2 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Sales, Event Management, Event Operations, Customer Service, Project Management.
- Familiar with the event sales process from start to finish.
- Passionate about the events industry
- Able to come up with creative ideas
- Dedicated & committed
- Pro-active & enthusiastic
- Outstanding communication & negotiation skills
- Good time management
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
