Accounts & Admin Executive

Responsible for accounts function such as prepare invoices, payments, Credit notes, Debit notes and others.
- Responsible for accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Prepare monthly journal entries and management accounts including bank reconciliation, balance sheet, profit and loss statement and other reports
- Maintain full set of accounts
- Assist in yearly closing, budget, audit and tax preparation
- General filing, administrative and inventory work
- Liaise with customer/supplier on order requirement
- Prepare project costing for all ongoing jobs
- To provide administrative support in the office
- Ordering office supplies
- To perform ad hoc duties assigned from time to time
**Requirements**:
- At least 2-3 years of related working experience
- Experience in Microsoft Excel, Words and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- Knowledge of Auto-Count Software and full set of accounts will be an added advantage
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
