**Job Title: Administrative Assistant (Fluent in Chinese)**

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support our daily operations. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth running of our office and aiding our management team. You must be proficient in Chinese as you will be dealing with suppliers and partners in China.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and data entry.
- Manage and organize office operations and procedures.
- Handle correspondence and communication with Chinese suppliers.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Maintain contact lists and handle communication with clients and partners.
- Organize and schedule appointments and meetings.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and manage logistics.
- Support other departments as needed with administrative tasks.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Fluent in Chinese (both written and spoken) to communicate effectively with suppliers in China.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High School diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus.

Pay: RM1,270.80 - RM3,151.49 per month
