**JOB DESCRIPTIONS**
- Responsible for full spectrum of HR & Admin functions which include payroll, administration, training & development and other HR related support.
- To handle recruitment process such as posting advertisement, phone screening for shortlisting, arranging interview, and preparing an employment offer letter.
- Handling and dealing with employee’s related issues such as disciplinary process, misconduct investigation & grievances process.
- Replenish supplies and inventory of company uniforms, related forms and stationery and refreshment.
- To perform any ad hoc task assigned by Superior and Management from time to time

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Diploma/Degree in HR or equivalent.
- 2 to 3 years of hands on working experience in HR and Admin
- Computer literature, meticulous and neat with details
- People oriented, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good team player, self-driven with initiatives to work independently
- Can start work immediately would be advantage

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
