**Responsibilities**:

- To assist and support daily operations in scheduling, documentation, and inquiries in a timely manner
- Maintaining the filing system in an organized manner
- Interview and liaise with customers.
- Liaise with different departments to improve performance and work efficiency
- Analyse, compile reports and distribute them to relevant departments

**Job Requirements**:

- Motivated, detail oriented, organized, proactive and able to work in a team
- Previous working experience in financial institutions or any related organization is preferred for this position.
- Fresh Graduates may also apply
- Proficient is Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Word
- Experienced in organizing and maintaining a good manual and digital filing system.
- Required language(s) : Good command of written and spoken in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Required skills : Customer service, computer literate, detail oriented, communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
