Responsibilities:

  • To create and process sales order in a timely manner, process requests for adhoc orders, review pending orders and followup on clients' requests.
  • To perform data entry tasks for sales reporting and maintain an organized and systematic filling for easy retrieval.
  • To track sales collection for Cash-BeforeDelivery (CBD) clients, locally and internationally including but not limited to all sales to modern trade and traditional outlets.
  • To assist to manage client's account, followup for administrative purposes (obtain or provide information) and provide answers to queries.
  • To keep record of sales for each client transaction and provide the analysis to superior for formulate sales strategies.
  • To assist in all other duties assigned by superior.

Requirements:

  • At least two (2) years working experience in sales and similar industry.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
