**Position Overview**
Join our dynamic IT team as an IT Service Desk Intern and contribute to enhancing the IT systems and support processes. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience while collaborating closely with IT professionals, gaining valuable experience in a supportive environment.

**Responsibilities**:
- Aid in the registration processes, categorization, and execution of user requests, while ensuring control of request execution.
- Support the development of documentation processes to streamline IT operations.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions.
- Contribute to the enhancement and optimization of IT processes and procedures.
- Assist in the evaluation and implementation of new technologies to improve efficiency.
**Requirements**:
- Pursuing a relevant Bachelor's Degree or Diploma program in the IT Field.
- A minimum 3 months practical duration period, more than 3 months would be preferred.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills;
- High sense of responsibility and analytical thinking.
- Enthusiasm for learning and improving technical skills.
