We are looking for a highly capable service desk analyst to be part of our global service desk unit.

Job Responsivities:
You will be handling service desk tickets and providing customer service to our global clients. You will also require managing 1st -level support where applicable. To ensure success as a service desk analyst, you should exhibit sound knowledge of IT system analysis and/or experience in an IT support role.

Our Requirement:

- Proficiency in the Japanese language - N2 (listening, speaking, and writing) - Most important
- Proficiency in customer relationship management activity and task management software.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
