**Job Descriptions**:

- Reply customer question and queries in social media (TikTok, Facebook & Instagram)
- Arrange for delivery and liaise with customers and transporters.
- Inform customers in Klang Valley when goods are done and ready for self-collection.
- Liase with courier about customer parcel and delivery
- To handle customer/ supplier direct call line and solve the related problem.
- Checking courier invoice to match with customer courier charges.
- Assist in general office administrative job.
- Responsible for day-to-day administrative works such as key in custome database.

**Job Requirement**:

- Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
- Must possess at least a SPM, Diploma or equivalent.
- Hardworking, committed and responsible
- Able to work independently and as a team
- Training shall be provided if necessary
- Strong customer service mindset with good communication and problem-solving skill
- Preferably able to join immediately or short notice

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract, Internship
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,792.21 per month
