2. Managing report customer callback 48hours from sales advisor

3. Managing Vehicle Delivery Order form and File for delivery

4. Key in booking customers in SAP system

5. Update extending booking every month

6. Assist Admin in Registration process and after registration process

7. Manage Daily booking report, stock allocation report

8. Assist Admin in Insurance Renewal

9. Filing Credit Note every month

10. Submit SSI Report to HQ

11. Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by management from time to time.

- **(Experience in Car Line is Advantage)**_
