Sales Account Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for sales and marketing of Security and Surveillance products, including CCTV Systems, security systems, alarm systems, auto gates systems, Parking Systems, and Access Control.
- Determine customer requirements and advise on product range, price, delivery, warranties, and product use and care.
- Demonstrate and explain the establishment’s goods and services to customers.
- Develop, present, and respond to proposals for specific customer requirements.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products and services to customers and prospective customers.
- Stay informed on industry news, trends, products, services, competitors, relevant information about legacy, existing, and emerging technologies, and the latest product-line developments.
**Requirements**:
- Possess at least SPM/Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field; Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
- No experience needed, but prior sales work experience is an added advantage.
- Excellent hands-on skills coupled with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work independently.
- Positive attitude and a sense of responsibility. Pleasant personality, dedicated to achieving excellence in customer service.
