**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Achieve personal and company agreed monthly sales targets in line with company objectives and manage the team objective inclusive of but not limited to activity, training, and sales budget.
- Assist the Club Manager in driving the Club's continuous expansion in terms of the number of members and revenue per Member, but also in enhancing our brand and its level of excellence within the local and national Fitness market.
- To strengthen the CF and FF brand and contribute to the growth of the Club's Total Revenues: new Membership contracts from marketing leads (External Revenue), more Membership Referrals, increased penetration of Personal Training, longer Members Retention, Retail revenues (Internal Revenues).
- Develop and maintain an effective working knowledge specifically on the Sales Department and all departments within the club.
- Work closely with the Club GM to ensure that the Membership Consultant team is fully staffed with the optimum number of Membership consultants according to specified staff quotas at any point in time.
- Promote a healthy way of life and the image and culture of the club to all members of the public. Make a customer not a sale. Goals should be to establish a positive long-term relationship to guarantee retention and happy members.
