**Job Requirement**:

- Experience in the fine jewelry or retail industry, preferably in a managerial role
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Knowledge of fine jewelry and trends
- Ability to train and motivate staff
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in inventory management and merchandising
- Understanding of financial and sales reports
- Leadership and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work shifts, weekend, and public holidays.
