- Assist the Head of Department in supporting agency administration functions for Group Takaful Business.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team and align job functions with organisational goals.
- Supervise, monitor, and review the following functions:

- Agent commission and compensation-related queries
- Agent's tax requirements (CP58, 2% withholding tax, etc.)
- Agent movement (appointment, reinstatement, resignation, termination, maintenance of contract, change of nominee, appointment of authorised persons)
- Change of servicing agents
- Agent conduct and servicing
- Issuance of letters and appeal management
- Ensure agent agreements align with governing guidelines
- CPD hours and maintenance of contracts
- Support IT and agency system business enhancement requirements and test plans.
- Conduct business continuity and succession planning.
- Supervise, monitor, and generate reports.
- Assist in administering the agent portal, raising system access, etc.
- Provide statistical reports on agency administration deliverables.
- Supervise all personnel under the Agency Administration team.

**Job Specification**:

- Degree holder in Insurance, Marketing, Business, or any other related professional qualification; higher professional qualifications are an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of industry experience, specifically in Agency Administration.
- Familiarity with the Group Asia system and/or GMBTS system is an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of the Takaful market and industry.
- IT literate and proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access is an added advantage).
- Strong business acumen and sense of urgency.
- People-oriented and customer-focused.
- Effective communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good coordination skills.
- Able to work under pressure and deliver within tight deadlines.
- Good team player.
