**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to penetrate the media/boutique agencies and achieve sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations within the media and advertising sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, agencies, media partners, and industry influencers.
- Lead the negotiation and closure of business deals, contracts, and agreements with media agencies and advertising partners.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities within the media and agency landscape.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to drive successful business outcomes.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities within the media and advertising sectors.
- Provide insights, feedback, and recommendations to senior management on market trends, customer needs, and competitive strategies within the media/agency industry.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven track record of success in business development or sales roles within the media/agency industry, with a strong network of contacts.
- Deep understanding of the media and advertising landscape, including digital media, traditional media, and emerging trends.
- Demonstrated understanding of digital media platforms, the ad-tech ecosystem.
- Well networked in the market across independent agencies and brands.
- Has a good understanding of the marketing market and is able to approach it to drive sales revenues.
- Demonstrated experience in working with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to create and deliver a strong presentation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with the capacity to identify opportunities, solve complex problems, and drive results.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to travel as needed for client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.
- Passion for media, advertising, and marketing, with a keen interest in staying updated on industry developments and best practices.
