Business Development Specialist, Agency

Allianz Services is a key business segment within the Allianz Group, one of the world's leading insurers and asset managers.
You will be part of the Sales and Distribution team and will support Allianz entities with their growth strategies by working closely with internal and external stakeholders in the insurance industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate sales and quotation requests between internal and external stakeholders for all lines of business in support of business generation and periodic follow-up of quotations with agents.
- Ensure quote secured and reconciliation of businesses from various agents with internal stakeholders to guarantee SLA compliance.
- Responsible for end-to-end business results, including pre- and post-servicing support to agents, e.g., portal guidance, general and claims queries, as well as GI Agents registration.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficient in MS Office and MS Excel.
- Technologically proficient.
- Good understanding of Risk Management.
- Certified in BCP, PGI, HI, and Comm GI.
- Degree qualification preferred.
- Analytical and presentation skills.
- Negotiation and Agency Management skills.
- Understanding of agency management and framework.
