Revenue Performance Leader

As a Revenue Performance Leader at Supermom Business, you will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel marketing plans to drive lead generation across various client accounts. With a focus on farming and email/Whatsapp marketing, paid advertising, community marketing, events, partnerships, telesales, offline promoters, and more, you will work closely with our team of performance specialists, CRM specialists, data processing specialists, copywriters, and designers to deliver high-quality campaigns.
We are looking for someone with a proven track record in user acquisition marketing, preferably with B2C brands or agencies, and experience in people management. If you have hands-on experience in CRM/lifecycle marketing and/or performance marketing, Hubspot and GA4 knowledge, and excellent project management skills, we would love to hear from you
In this role, you will be responsible for forecasting budget/CPL and timelines for campaigns, monitoring performance, and making adjustments as needed. You will also be the subject matter expert for omnichannel lead generation campaigns, advising on best practices, feasibility, pricing/CPL, timeline, and budget for new campaigns/clients.
