**Requirements**:
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Proficient in computer technology especially Microsoft Office (Word/Excel and PowerPoint),
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, organization, and efficient time management skills.
- Having compliance knowledge will be added advantage.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide support to Director for all areas including secretarial duties, personal admin, and confidential matters.
- Assist in preparation of meetings, appointments, reports, paper works, and tracking as well as record meeting minutes.
- To coordinate and maintain Director schedules/calendars, to arrange appointments, and meetings (internal and external).
- Ensure effective appointments and time management to achieve a smooth flow of the Director's schedules.
- Determine jobs of top priority and accomplish urgent matters within tight deadlines.
- Exercise good judgment in managing priorities, response to inquiries, and workflow.
- Ability to work independently and render all aspects of administrative duties and functions.
- Other tasks as assigned by superior/management.
