People and Administration Specialist

Payroll administration
- Responsible for end-to-end payroll process independently which include data entry, report checking, report generating, seeking approval for payment, statutory payment, prepare yearly EA form, Company form C and etc.
- Responsible to answer enquiry from teammate pertaining their payroll matters.
- Assist to seek approval for our Taiwan office payroll.
- Lead any other payroll related task and function.

Recruitment administration
- Liaise with recruiter / head-hunter / agency accordingly.
- Lead any other recruitment related task and function.

Compensation and benefits administration
- Enrolment of teammate into Company insurance policy (addition and deletion)
- suggest and advise the management on creation of suitable allowance based on business / operation need.
- Lead any other compensation and benefits related task and function.

Training and development
- Responsible to manage the claim of HRDF from end to end.
- Support by sourcing suitable training course based on lead / hods request.
- Lead the full training preparation from meal to logistic (if require).
- Lead any other training and development related task and function.

Policy and compliance / Report
- Ensure update of Company employee handbook, offer letter and etc based on the changes in employment act or statutory requirement.
- Propose suitable SOP and changes based on operation need.
- Support and lead any other training and development related task and function.
- Lead and generate any report require by Finance and HODs

Office administration and duty
- Ensure cleanliness of the office environment.
- Support the process of grocery order for the office.
- Ensure office licenses renewal is in proper manner.
- Liaise with Finance to ensure payment of related office / staff matters is completed accordingly.
- Assist in any other office administration task as assigned.

**; Requirements: - Requirements**:

- Knowledgeable in HR policies, procedures and processes which ease the teammate and flexible to changes.
- Minimum 2 - 4 years working experience in HR Department.
- Possess a strong analytical mind, good interpersonal and communication skill in written English.
- Proactive, accountable, open-minded, self-motivated with a high sense of urgency.
- Able to exercise discretion in dealing with sensitive and confidential matter.
- Good interpersonal skills, team player, independent and able to work within a fast-paced environment.
- Able to interact with all teammates and flexible to accept task as and when assigned.
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision, independent, and resourceful.
- Able to start immediately and enjoy working in a flexible working environment.
