**Job Summary**:
Our company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced **Business Development Sales Specialist **(Hunter) to join our team. The primary responsibility of this position will be to acquire new B2B customers and grow our customer base.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and prospect new B2B customers through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Conduct sales meetings and product demos to showcase our products and services
- Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and expand our customer base
- Provide exceptional customer service, including resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system

**Requirements**:

- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Proven success in B2B sales or business development, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

**Salary**: From RM2,800.00 per month
