Junior Customer Service Executive

**Qualification and experience requirements**
- Minimum of a SPM, Diploma or equivalent in business or a departmentally related field; or
- A minimum of one year of responsible experience in sales position; or
- A minimum of one year of experience in supply chain and logistics industries field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
**Role and Responsibilities**
- Attend and address to customers services inquires and requests.
- Timely date entry to booking systems.
- Build relationship customer to ensure business is consistently secured.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints.
- Create customer standard operating procedures.
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Handle customer booking and arrangement.
- Liaise with operation team on shipment arrangement.
- Ensure shipment are on time.
- Generate investigation report when receive complaints from customers.
- Attend to training and development session to increase personal skills and product knowledges.

- Microsoft Office Operating Knowledge.
- Basic transport and logistics Knowledge.
- Knowledge in customer service practices.
