Perform administrative support to ensure office smooth operation

Update, Record & Follow Up Daily Service Ticket Log

Answering phone calls and regularly follow up customer on their outstanding payment

Prepare and record daily stock request and return by technician

Ensure technician return all their spare parts to office with correct items and correct quantity

Record total usage for each spare parts supply to customer and submit report to superior

Tidy and manage the cleanliness and tidiness of working area

Assist in record and preparing stock card report

Perform data entry & documentation filing

Perform any other related duties as per assigned from time to time

**Job Requirement**:
Required language(s): Mandarin, English and Malay. Local dialect will be an added advantage.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Schedule:
