**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries
- Communicating with customers through various channels - acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
- Knowing our products inside out so that you can answer questions
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues to solve issues
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
- Comfortable using computers and handphone for communication
- Able to communicate in Bahasa, English and Mandarin is a plus
- Experience working with customer support is a plus
- Wiling to learn and fast to adapt to new challenges
- Willing to work late hours during big events like 11.11

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Puncak Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
