**Microsoft Intune Management**
- Policy Deployment & Configuration Windows device management, deploying and fine-tuning policies across diverse devices to ensure smooth onboarding and consistent updates through Intune MDM Policies, SCCM Configurations and Active Directory Group Policies.
- Compliance & Security Enforcement Maintain security and compliancy through policies, restrictions, and conditional access.

**Windows Autopilot Administration**:

- Profile Development Craft and refine deployment profiles to streamline the setup and configuration of new devices.
- Device Lifecycle Management Orchestrate the entire device lifecycle, from model selection to devices reaching end-of-life.
- Provisioning & Troubleshooting Address any provisioning challenges with expertise, diagnosing and resolving issues

**Microsoft SCCM**
- Create and Deploy Applications using Powershell Scripts
- Troubleshooting of Clients Devices (Agent, Application deployment, settings, etc)
- Knowledge/skills in Co-Management are a asset.

**Operating System**
- Troubleshooting complex problems on Microsoft Windows and Apple iOS
- Serve as point of Escalation (L3)

**Deliverables**

**1. Microsoft Intune**
- Implementation of a single MDM solution based on Microsoft Intune migrating from hybrid SCCM environments.
- Serve as a team technical lead, resolving complex issues, ensuring quality, handling escalations, submitting knowledge base articles, and training a team of engineers.

**2. Windows Autopilot Administration**
- Design, configure and manage Autopilot profiles, Implementation, and optimisation.
- Conduct pilot deployments, monitoring rollout progress, and resolve any issues related to Autopilot provisioning.
- Focused on creating a smooth out-of-box experience for end users by customising Autopilot profiles, preloading apps, and configuring settings.
- Ensure compliance with organisational security policies during Autopilot deployments, including conditional access and encryption settings.
- Create comprehensive documentation for Autopilot processes and provided training to IT teams and end users.
- Customising Autopilot profiles and automating deployment tasks via PowerShell scripting.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT support, security, and end-user teams, to align Autopilot strategies with business goals.
- Communicate Autopilot updates, best practices, and industry trends to enhance deployment efficiency and user satisfaction

Pay: RM12,000.00 - RM16,000.00 per month
