**THE OPPORTUNITY**

Our client, an Australian expert in providing exceptional financial solutions and customer service since 2007, is continuously growing in Malaysia and hiring for **Loan Support Officer**. The team provide expert advice that makes life easier by making financial decisions as stress-free as possible and empower clients to make strong financial decisions that count, by sourcing the most competitive lending or financial planning structure.

As a **Loan Support Officer**, you'll be pivotal in providing ongoing support to clients after their loan has settled. Your responsibilities will encompass administrative tasks, client communication, lender communication and ensuring a seamless post-settlement. You will be directly reporting to the Team Leader and Manager in Australia, and will be working closely with the onshore team.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Mainly responsible in completing pricing requests, repricing, lender negotiation, (retention-related) to home loans.
- Conduct regular pricing reviews of clients' loans, offering detailed property reports to keep them informed about their financial status, whilst requesting new pricing and interest rate discounts on eligible products.
- Efficiently handle administrative duties for the loan support team, ensuring smooth operations and timely completion of tasks.
- Be the main post-settlement contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences by promptly addressing client concerns and objections, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally
- Assist clients and builders through construction, ensuring smooth payments and communication.
- Service valuation requests for brokers by requesting and organising the reports.

**SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION**
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- Previous experience in mortgage or financial services, with a strong understanding of post-settlement processes and client management.
- Must have specific experience in completing pricing requests (retention-related) to home loans.
- Excellent communication skills and phone management skills, with the ability to address objections and resolve issues diplomatically.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Demonstrated initiative and a proactive mindset
- Capable of working independently and prioritizing tasks effectively.
