**THE OPPORTUNITY**

Our partner, a finance brokerage company in Australia that aim to provide our customers with mortgage & loan knowledge and get them the best deal possible, is expanding their team in Manila and hiring for Senior Loan Support Officer They are accredited with a large variety of lenders including banks, and provide a fast-paced working environment with a fantastic work-life balance that rewards those who are seeking to push themselves to reach new heights

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Proactive and ongoing communication and support by keeping the Brokers updated throughout the life of the transaction;
- Maintaining ownership of individual files from pre-lodgement to settlement which includes:

- Serviceability calculation ie income documents and liability statements, to calculate borrowing capacity for our clients.
- Working with the Document Preparation and settlements teams at post approval to allow seamless settlement of loans.

**SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION**
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- At least 5 years of extensive experience in Broker support or Lending support
- Proven experience in secured and unsecured lending products, finance brokerage
- Strong understanding of credit policy, products, and processes
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Well-developed communication and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to work well both independently and within a team environment
- Adaptable with an ability to navigate and learn new systems and processes
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High-level attention to detail
- Positive ‘Can Do’ Attitude
