The Human Resources Assistant Manager is responsible for the key areas of HR management including Recruitment & Selection, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, Training & Development and Payroll Administration.
- Managing Organization HR Planning including Manpower Planning, Recruitment and Selection, Staff Orientation & Staff Personal Development.
- Oversee salary administration process to ensure compliance with Government Bodies and in accordance with Company Policies and Procedures.
- Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.
- Handling staffs’ grievances procedures and undertake disciplinary procedures when necessary.
- Coordination of Employee Climate Survey / Employee Engagement Survey.
- Administer / Coordinate Performance Management System (PMS) to ensure equity within organization and equitable rewards system.
- Assist Head of HR in identifying successors for pivotal positions and chart out the Succession/Talent Management Plan.
- Coordinate performance appraisal, salary and benefits administration.
- Compensation and Benefits Management.
- Assist Head of HR to maintain and review the Human Resources Policies, SOPs, and Employee Handbook in compliance with the relevant laws and regulations.
- To ensure that the policies & procedures are adhered.
- Monitoring the institution’s PDP Registration and compliance to the PDP Act 2010.
- Monitoring Ministry of Education and Immigration Dept. related licenses (Employment Pass, Teaching Permit, e-IPTS, MyQuest).
- Establish & maintain close relationship with external agencies (Ministry of Higher Education, Immigration, LHDN, KWSP & other related bodies) for smoother administrative process by these departments and to ascertain compliance.
- Custodian of Immigration System (Expatriate Services Division).
- Produce presentation slides, Board Papers, Management Papers for approval whenever necessary.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis to address current employee/ talent competency gaps and efficiently manage future development requirements.
- Collaborate in the creation of the Annual Learning & Development plan and budget and seeking management approval.
- Take charge of end-to-end delivery of Learning & Development (L&D) programs, including provider selection, registration, proposal and agreement preparation, coordination with relevant parties, evaluation of training effectiveness, and employee progress.
- Ensure prompt submission and approval of training grants and claims with HRDC.
- Analyze & evaluate the effectiveness of training activities.
- Participate in organizing corporate events, dinner and etc.
- Undertakes any other duties as directed by the Management.

**Job Requirements**
- At least 10-15 years’ related work experience as HR Generalist or more towards training and IR/ER
- Good knowledge of the Employment law and Industrial Relations Act and prevailing HR practices and legislations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
