Personal Assistant

Manage multiple projects as assigned by the Executive Chairman related to diverse line of business, community and personal interests with inter-related activities and relationships.
- Coordinated calendar, travel, meeting and schedule arrangements for the Chairman, staff, business partners, and customers. Includes initiating contact and securing appointments, equipment and facilities as appropriate.
- Works closely with other team members to assure the Chairman’s preparation for meetings, presentations or other engagements.
- Administrative and functional activities including taking phone call; maintaining personal and business files; corporate record keeping for multiple entities; supporting marketing and strategic planning activities; note taking & creating documentation; filing, storage & retrieval of business and personal activities.
- All work-related instruction by the Chairman or superior that is not mentioned in the job scope.
**Job requirements**:
- Minimum of 3 years of working experience as a Personal Assistant / Secretarial role.
- Possess strong business acumen and excellent communication skills.
- Result-oriented, self-motivated, organized and ability to manage deadlines.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
