**Responsibilities**
**Inventory Support**
- To fulfill the customer orders from e-commerce platforms and various sales channels.
- Checking and ensure the stock allocated for customer order is correct.
- Arrange gift box packaging and handle shipping.
- Support administrative work within the department.
**Product Customization**
- Dealing with internal / external party to process the job order
- To perform quality checking on finished products or repaired products
- To prepare job orders to production or supplier
- To plan and manage working schedule for the work order with settler
- Data entry/paper work (Goods receive, Invoice & Goods transfer)
- Compile and record data
**Requirements**:
- SPM / Diploma in Business Administration or in any field.
- School leaver is encouraged to apply.
- Good accuracy in working with figures and calculations.
- Computer literate.
- Willing to support event or working overtime when required.
- Working Location: Old Klang Road.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
