**Responsibilities**

Check, process and record all repair parts using by the technicians.

Maintain proper records and filing of all relevant paperwork. Provide reports and information to superior as required.

Overall day to day office management.

Organise, maintain and tidy the office area and equipment.

Ensure all data is up to date and backed up.

Carry out general stock administration.

Maintain 5S, good housekeeping and discipline, foster a conducive and effective working environment.

To ensure compliance to the company's ISO9001 Standards and Quality Management System at all times

Perform other duties as and when assigned or requested.

**Requirements**:
Must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree of Professional Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.

At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the position.

Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.

Have a strong sense of commitment, good interpersonal skills and able to work independently.

Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed

Basic knowledge MS Office (Excel, Word and Power Point).

Could speak and write in Bahasa Melayu, English or Mandarin fluently.

Full-Time position.

Schedule:
