- To handle and monitor day to day operations of the Front Office Administration and maintain standard of service efficiency.
- Ensure a positive customer relationship with the patients.
- To coordinate and manage the doctor's schedule along with the patient's availability.
- To explain all the issues related with the treatments and guide the patients properly.
- To send and follow up on all quotations to patients.
- To follow up with the patients for all pending payment.
- To prepare all paperwork necessary for administration perspective.
- Send out daily sales report
- To follow up on customer enquiries and reply whatsapp chat.
- Other work related to the job that will be assigned
- Verifying methods of payment, collecting payments and preparing bills.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
