- Sorts and distributes incoming mail.
- Assists with administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
- Manages phone calls schedules meetings and assists visitors.
- Performs administrative duties such as filing typing copying binding scanning etc.
- Ensures completion of assigned administrative projects and expedites work results.
- Provides information and assistance in response to inquiries and requests.

- Must have a high school diploma or an equivalent education. Fresh grads are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in oral and written English / Bahasa Malaysia.
