**Key Responsibilities**:
- Efficiently manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, record-keeping, paper processes, filing, and general office management.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to address challenges in both administrative and basics HR aspects.
- Handle sourcing and purchasing activities efficiently.
- Manage relationships with suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
- Record production-related data for future analysis and trend identification.
- Implement and manage organized filing systems for efficient storage of documents and records.
- Support HR functions, such as employee onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration.
- Assist in payroll tasks, ensuring accurate processing of employee compensation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Manage and process claims, including expense reimbursements, ensuring timely and accurate reimbursement for employees.
- Support management level on business development tasks.
- Provide necessary assistance to other departments as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular).
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
