**Job Description: -**
- Supervise a team of customer service executives to ensure operational excellence and excellent customer services.
- Resolve customers’ complaints and enquiries efficiently by establishing strong rapport with customers through effective communications and problem resolution.
- Address complex operational issues and concerns from executives in a timely fashion.
- Educate the team on best practices, company policies and service excellence standards.
- Develop and maintain operational guidelines for staffs.
- Expand customer base bp upselling and cross-selling.
- Understand and address key customer individual needs.
- Evaluate current operational strategies and recommend improvements.
- Generate operational reports for management as needed.
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Management from time to time.

**Job Requirements: -**
- Minimum 2 years of related working experience and in managing a team of members.
- Able to work in a multi-cultural environment and with people of all levels.
- Meticulous and possess positive attitude.
- Good sense of urgency.
- Flexible and adaptable.
- Proficient in computer skills - MS Word, Power Point, Excel

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
