Malaysian Customer Support Representative (English Speaker)
Location: Kuala Lumpur
**Salary**: RM 3800 to RM 4200
**Responsibilities**:
- This is a full-time hybrid role for a Malaysian Customer Support Representative at located in Kuala Lumpur, with flexibility for work. As a customer service agent, you will act as a liaison, provide product and service information, and resolve any emerging customer problems. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, complaints, billing questions, and payment extension/service requests.
**Job Requirement**
- Min 1-2 years of working experience
- Can work on a shifting schedule.
- Can start ASAP.
- SPM, Diploma, and/or Degree
**Salary**: RM3,800.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
