Job Responsibilities:

- Handling employee relations, overseeing attendance, payroll, benefits and recognition programs.
- Organizing and maintaining personnel records
- Handling of foreign worker matters such a hostel, permit, passport renewal, fomema, visa, insurance and etc.
- To manage and control employee benefit utilization such as claims, leave, medical and stationary.
- Managing office operations and maintaining a clean and organized office area.
- Coordinate recruitment activities such as interview arrangements.
- Maintain HR records and administrative records
- Working with external vendors, insurance agent, stationery supplier, JPJ, MPKJ, DBKL & etc to ensure legal compliance

Job Requirements:

- Diploma / Degree holder in HR/Business Administration/Humanities/Psychology etc
- At least 2 year and above of experience in related field.
- Conversable in Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin.
- Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal and people management skills
- Self starter, fast learner, independent and prepared to work under pressure
- Own transport and able to travel outstation

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Attendance bonus
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
